yea, i am gonna try to adjust it one more time in the morning and see it if works since I can't leave till the afternoon, if not, I will either call support or just go to the J and sit for 24 hours LOL

 

go to hos first and write down your times for your 11/14/70. thats why I'm resetting now. I didnt have enough left on my 70 to complete the load.

Its NAT first then eta next. which really seems backwards to me but......

 

I can. It was designed by MIT dropouts. It'll be fixed when they hire REAL techs.

Issues range from hard coded times that can not be altered. To trailers being listed in the wrong locations.

As a few of us have discovered. Times flat out refuse to update from time to time. Resulting in a phone contact (45 minutes on hold) to resolve the issue.

You start a load, get all your times good to go. Run all day. Checking things over at the end of the day. All is good.

Next morning. Everything had reset. Or even better. You have spent the night at customer, get up and hit Arrival 10 minutes early. Only to see that #### nag screen "You are 1880 minutes late" please select a reason.

POS is not on the list.

It's NAT first on "some" things.

I got hit with the "please edit your ETA first" screen the other day.

I'm still reeling from that one. Because I was pushing the NAT out further to reflect my 10 break. Coulda seen that one if I had tried to make it earlier.

But I'm just a dumb truck driver.

Mine updated 3 times today. I assume someone on other end done something. Looking at the WF. Nothing has changed.

But, there's always tomorrow.

 

Don't tempt me. I'm already in trouble over the proper use of said list.

I got tired of dealing with it, and just started picking the first thing I saw. Which BTW deals with intermodal. LOL

 

Lol, I once said "I AM NOT LATE, I SET MY ETA BUT THE SYSTEM SCREWED IT UP!!!" It's never been brought up though.

She thinks I'm smokin crack. I've told her this at least once a week since going to WF.

I'm so paranoid now. I check everything, everytime I stop the truck.

Hell I even check it in the middle of the night if the QC is on and I get up to take a piss.
