BAHAHAHA!!! i hope they gave you the right address!!! My man set on the wrong road that they sent him over the qualcomm for a minute(long minute) before he said f@@@ this and looked it up on rand mcnally and drove over and banged on the door...they were in SHOCK!!!!!

 

I thought that Nashville operations was out of the Pilot? Just so you know, I'm positive that you'll be at the Pilot travel center in lebanon for orientation. Where the drop lot is at I'm not sure, it has to be at or near the Pilot.

 

That's right my man is spending his 34 at the pilot and missin easter at home because someone ain't doing their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes, it takes awhile for things to update. But it should have by now.

Try calling and explaining its your ETD that needs updating. Not your ETA.

I pound em with that via QC and phone until they quit sending the ####### response "You're ETA has been updated"

Anybody can update the ETA. If that was the problem. We wouldn't have any.

A tip: update the ETA and NAT before making the load active if it will allow it, or immediately there after.

DBL explained to me, once you save/accept the "bad" ETD. It stays saved until they edit it.

BTW.... Anyone coming to Houston tonight. Should avoid the OC unless necessary. Parking is non-existent unless you're bob tailing.

They moved out of the Pilot last December. The drop lot has an office outside the fence where the DBLs are. I didn't think they had any OSRs working out of there but I could be wrong. (There's a first time for everything).

 

this is where my recruiter said my dbl is at and will Ill be based out of. Ill post again Monday night and let everyone know how and where things went on in lebanon tn.

 

I have called, twice, and explained the exact problem. I have sent two messages with the exact problem, all before acccepting the load.

I know have two messages in my inbox from ops telling me they adjusted my ETD for the load so I should be able to update my NAT, but my ETD still shows 04/09 @ 0301.

I give up.

 

While its not what you want to do.

Empty out, go park until they call and ask what's going on. Might take 3 or 4 days. But I bet you get somebody's attention.

Or just call when empty and announce you're done and would like a load, yesterday. That works too

 

I guess that's all we can do at this point although I'M not a complainer per say I just really feel bad for him...and know that he's putting up with a lot and I just can't help him right now so makes it hard......
