Since I don't want to search back through this thread and try to find who posted it, I will just say this:

Whoever posted about how some support shift operators are useless while others are great, I 100% agree. I just got off the phone with a support shift operator after being on hold for over half an hour, and despite the fact that today has been an IRRITATING, AGGREGATING, ###### UP, WASTE OF TIME, PIECE OF ####### #### #### ######, 130 MEASLY mile day, I now feel quit a bit better. This guy was great help, got my #### set straight, and had the most calming voice I've ever heard! Schneider needs to yre more guys like that!

It also helps that I figured out how to get my ac to work and was able to cool down a bit after sitting and walkig around in 95 degree desert. :biggrin_25510:

What a week. Replace starter at London KY Walmart. Then get back to STL OC for the week and have a massive oil leak. Looks like I will be in a loaner next week.

It might have been funny. If it hadn't happened to most of us. With bad results.

Other than that. Did you not check the "open" hours in information detail?

That really gets a rise out of them. LOL. Especially if you don't move.

Seems funny they ask for an ETA. Then never bother to see if it meets their needs, half the time.

They were still open but don't load past 1530.

Now get this, I talked to support shift last night. I told them that they could fit me in at 0800 this morning for loading but customer service has to contact them. I was told customer service was going to get contact them and set it up. I got here at 0800 this morning only to find that the pickup appointment was rescheduled for 0930 on Monday.... Delivery is scheduled for 1100 on Sunday....

I'm about to call up support shift to get me off this ###### up load and onto something else, I still have 44 hours left on my 70 and sure the hell don't want to sit until Monday.

I'm seriously considering looking into other companies right about now. I'm tired of getting ###### over because other people can't do there #### job.

Anybody out there currently running team out of Fontana OC for SNI? If so would you be able to tell me how many miles I can expect to run and I was told by recruiter that I would start at a rate of. 30 per mile. Does that sound right?

Wow, awesome. For whatever reason my dbl is working today.... Said he will make a couple phone calls to find me a new load. Not much freight in the area today though.

Be sure to give everyone a chance to weigh in. It could take up to 24 or more hours for the right person to respond.

    Most of us work ;)

I hit them up for a load an hour ago. Not looking good though. 2 drivers have dropped their loads, waiting on an empty.

Mine is live unload. And I'm keeping my trailer LOL
