Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

####, sorry to hear that.
Have you tried requesting a new dbl? I never have that problem with THIS dbl, my old one, not so much.
Seems if you can get a good DBL you are golden. If they let my DBL go, I will proly go with him LOL -
I requested a change over a month ago.
Deaf ears. -
Call in and say u want to relay it somewhere because u need miles to run
Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2 -
Tried that too......
Was even told by DBL to request I be put in direct contact if this happened again.
Support refused.
So I'm done as far as the matter goes. They (support shift) has cost me over $700 in lost wages in the past 2 weeks. And nothing seems to be done about the matter. I lay this squarely at my DBLs feet.
At least I still have my nice jacket LOL -
Yea, good luck trying to get support shift to set up a relay. Been there, done that, useless.
I had loads that kept me sitting all weekend for a month straight so I know how that goes. Sucks getting stuck with a load that can easily be relayed but dispatch refuses to cooperate. If all else fails threaten to give your 2 week notice if you don't see improvements immediately. If your not making money, there not making any.
Finally finished my load earlier. Got a preassignment for a 650 mile run, doesn't pick up until Sunday morning. Luckly I get to sit and wait at home this time. -
I tried to send a PM but need 7 posts to do so. Looks like this is #7

They're so many complaints to be said about support shift and yet nothing is done about it.
Schneider needs to hire people that enjoy what they do and want to help drivers, not just want a paycheck.
Calling Support is equivalent to standing in line at the post office during Christmas where you have a line of 40 people with 3 postal workers. One of them decides to take their break. Screw helping through the rush like a Team Player, No!, just gotta stop and take my break. Same applies with support. They Just Don't Care!!! -
Support Shift: The number one cause of my departure back on January 31st. Good luck to ya, and let us know where you land!

I think it's hard to find people that "enjoy what they do" when they're likely college students or "others" that they pay pathetically low wages to.
