The second you "make active" your load, you are taken to a screen that asks what your fuel level is. Once you do that, the computer takes like 20-30 minutes to think (it's not the smartest and fastest computer apparently) and it will then put a message on Navigo that states "update dispatch". You have to pull up the "dispatch" option from the main menu on Navigo, which shows you each of your stops.

You don't get a message stating where your fuel solution is. It will only update the stops on the dispatch menu in Navigo. I'm guessing that you initially trained on the old system before you started on your own? You used to get a message on that system. Not sure why they were still training new drivers on the old system when they would switch over to workflow right after going out on their own.

Generally speaking, people will complain and speak up when things are ###### up. But when things run smoothly no comments are made at all.

I've done it that way, and I've done it as a message. I never get any "solution". Weird.

Another thing - I just noticed my tractor's rear license plate is missing. I sent a message, but I suppose support shift will have no answers for me. I'll call my DBL Monday morning, but any ideas on how this problem will get solved? Also, the nearest and really only OC on my way to Conroe, TX, other than the Dallas OC, is the Des Moines OC. I have two screws in my tires - how much of pain is using the OC's Maintenance Support provided by Pilot there?

I'm assuming you park at home? Can't stop at Gary or Indy (not sure where you're at). Assuming you run 80 out to Des Moines, yeah, the only OC you can stop at is Dallas. I don't think you could find any support at Des Moines, although I'm not sure. As far as I've seen it's pretty much just a parking lot. Not sure if there is any operations employees there.

And the Wingfoot at that Pilot is pretty good when I went there. It took a couple hours, only because the guy in the shop took forever (had a few different problems they were working on). Obviously depending on how many people are in front of you, it'll take no more than 2 hours to change out the tires normally.
