I checked the Pilot app, and there's one 18 miles from me, so I turned on the regen again. Been waiting on SEM to call me back still, and keeping an eye on the fuel gauge. I'm down to 1/8th of a tank. Not sure how many miles that buys me, and how much further in the red I should let it go.

I hope to still be home on the 3rd. Maybe they'll just hand me a 2013 like they have been to everybody else now? ;)

Yikes. Didn't take long for that 1/8th of a tank to be cut in half. I shut her off. *sigh* Still waiting on just SEM to call me back.

    2.5gal?

I suspect it would only take another 10-15 mins of regen before it cleaned my tank dry.

    ####... Lol

Reason I said 2.5 is because that's what they sell if you don't buy bulk. We are talking about def fluid right lol

SEM called me back. The tow people will call me with an ETA at some time, to take me to Gary. I hope they get here soon. Not looking forward to an 80 mile drive with a tow truck guy.

You haven't heard if from me but two things you can do in a pinch.
    1. There is a Overdrive shutdown switch next to you rear backing spotlight switch inside your cab. Use a thin key or paper clip and jam it in there so the switch stays on and you can drive but do it reasonably slower and safely. I did it for three days with no problems. I know people that just run with it in. It's a bad habit but can be done.
    2. Your coolant senser is faulty. You can either unplug it, cut the wires and splice them together and that will fix the check engine stop engine indicators. What's happening is your CPU for the engine thinks the temps are above normal and wants to stop(staul) the engine. This can cause spuddering or a intermittent throttle response. Just keep an eye on your coolant level. Or if you want to save the plug just bend a paper clip and stick each end in the holes for continuity and tape it up. This will get you to an OC or service station. Just some tricks you pick up along the way.

Also if you want to keep your MT at the OC put a seal on the back of it.

    Keep on truckin'
