Why do I work here again? This week has got me questioning that. Added to the past couple weeks, leaves me concerned about the competence and direction of this place.

Ah, the good old frustrating northeast runs. Gotta love it. Crap comes and crap goes. It just seems like whenever running in the northeast the crap is maximized and organization is totally non existent. Glad they haven't sent me there yet (in the past week that is). I don't know how people could stand running NE regional to be honest. It's not even the traffic necessarily, it's not even the parking situation necessarily, it's all the live loads, live unloads 250 mile runs that occupy entire days, etc etc

I know, I95 blows big chunks, but this was a run from Indy to near Cleveland!!!! Would have been a decent little run to start before bobtailing or running an mt back to Obetz!!

Well spoken from another experienced driver.

Ive learned from my rookie years that being the wanna be billy bad super trucker doesn't work. I've driven an automatic and I lived it. I've also driven 18 speeds. Equally as fun but got irritating after awhile. Maybe it helps when you look at things with a glass half full prospective and not try to fit in with the whinning wanna be truckers.

    I like the OnGuard system.
    I like the Automatics.
    I like the Elogs.

If it makes me lazy, so be it. But before you jump on me, why don't we compare paychecks. I'm sure you have the time since you're stuck in a motel with your truck in the shop.

Lol, experience has nothing to do with it. It's my personal opinion, no need to get butt hurt about it. Some people may like it, I don't. Of course you may be getting bigger pay checks, you've got higher pay for your experience. Last few weeks I've had the weekends off due to having a pm done and switching teucks twice, yet I've been easily clearing 2000 miles in 5 days each week. I run hard because I like to. I don't like sitting around.

There's a reason I was handed the keys to a brand new truck with only 9 months of experience.

I'm wondering, does the "glass half full" approach to looking at things include making condescending comments of this sort? Just wondering cause this seems like a negative smart ### type of approach to me.

Shoot I get ALL weekends off. Mostly spend 3 nights out a week. This week 4. I was handed keys to brand new truck 2 times in just one year. This year I will bring in over 60k. Wanna talk about work hard? Do you do 6 to 11 drops a day? I do. With my eyes closed.

Wanna continue this urinating contest? I can go on and on. Shoot... I'm like Ricky Bobby. I urinate excellent.
