I think you might be able to find the exact info on the internet but from what I remember, walking back n forth on a 2x10(?) 3 times with turns without falling, squatting, some upright rows with a milk crate and weights in it, some lat pull type thing and I think I remember walking back n forth with the weighted milk crate. Think they check blood pressure too.
Bring your swim suit to Green Bay, the hotel has a pool and hot tub and bring dollar bills to Gary because the only thing in walking distance is a strip club. Have fun learning tanker. It's a blast and filled with adrenalin inducing events! IMO, the job can be like a puzzle/strategic game at times where decisions have to be well thought.

i'm fixing to go start school on the 16th to get my cdl back. couldnt keep up with the physical while out of the country with the army. but i was wondering when should i contact a recruiter and how long do they usualy take to get ya in?

I have a feeling this weeks gonna be a good week. Took a 34 hour reset yesterday and have 1870 miles in so far this week. Aiming for 3000 but only time will tell. I deliver this load at 0900 tomorrow and havnt got a preassignment sent to me yet so hopefully I get a good load.
