    does anyone know if u test positive on drug screen does sni put it on ur dac report

    Does anyone else get bummed out seeing all the stray dogs begging for food at truck stops. I just spent about $10 feeding and giving ice cold water to a nice little old dog here. If schneider didn't have a policy against pets, I probably would have adopted a couple by now :(

    Urine yes, hair no. But then again I don't know if they actually HAVE to put it on there, but I don't see why they wouldn't.

    Random guess but I'd say:

    Pre-employment drug screen = no
    Random (employed) drug screen = yes, as well as get fired.

    Any urine test is DOT regulated and falls under federal guidelines, DOT physical, pre-employment or random. It will go on your DAC. Hair is not a recognized form of testing, and is above and beyond DOT requirements. It's an acceptable drug testing policy, but it can not be used against you EXCEPT for that particular company, and can not be reported to other companies. Of course, other companies will wonder why you were fired in the first place.
