Bah. Change of plans. No Henderson for me and picking up my relay here in Pueblo. So back to plan A... hopefully I can get to Amarillo today.

As for my AC, I'm going to the Larado OC to get it fixed after my load. I'm trying to decide if I want to run during the hot hours and try to sleep at night when (and if) it's cooler, or just resign myself to motels until my stuff gets fixed. I don't want to sound like a wuss, but I just don't sleep well when laying in a puddle of my own sweat.

Passed my Haz-Mat yesterday!... WooWoo!

Waiting for my "Federal" hair and pee tests to pass tomorrow, and then off to class Monday!

Comments/suggestions on where to take my Orientation? Recruiter said almost anywhere in the Midwest will work since I'm in STL.......

Laredo and non working AC doesn't mix very well, especially in mid August. I was down there in mid January and it was 90

 

I think it was after 60 days? maybe 90. Anyway , since its a tax free reimbursement it doesnt show up anywhere as being paid. It just appears in your bank account if you have direct deposit. It will show up on or about the day of the month you got your driver #. When I hired in in Dec it was 150 a month. Also capped at 3500 reimbursement. Which lasts for 23.XX months. I see now they are offering up to 6K back. Not sure how it pays out now. If its a higher per month payment or extended the length of time to pay it out. Which would help retention I imagine.

 

I'm IN!.... Training starts Monday at MTC, and soon enough I'll be at Orientation.... Question still out there.... Suggestions/recommendations for WHERE to orientate.
