after 2 hrs its 15 FOR those two hours. 3-5 nets 30 5-7 nets 45 etc. caps at 75 I think. So we make no better than minimum wage on a per hour basis.

I'm quite sure they ARE charged more. WE just dont see it.
SNI already steals approx $2700 a year from me on this dedicated account by not paying routed miles. Am shorted on average 40 miles a day per run.

lil update... After getting my papers to come to training yesterday i was told i would recieve more papers in an email with further instructions .... Waited all afternoon yesterday and nothin, so i decided to give them a call this morning.. Called my original recruiter only to fine out that she will be out till next tuesday..hmmm now what am i supposed to do i thought to myself...Well i was then routed to another recruiter who i have never talked to EVER...So him being unfamiliar with my whole app process and med history and work history so i then thought that this was going to be an awful day...Thankfully all my stuff was in the computer and we got to talkin about all my stuff..After hrs of calling back and forth i decided that if they were unable to get everything sorted out for me to make it to my monday orientation that i was goin to go with another company...Afterall i have been waiting about a week and a half for my day to come out and i didnt want to wait a whole nother week cause i needed to get back to work...I have say that absolutely everything they could do they did...so he sends me the information for orientation on monday and im thinking finally on my way, i mean after all what else could go wrong...well just let me tell you i then recieved a call from the med dept saying my physician forgot to write in the meds i had takin 2 months ago after a surgery and that it couldnt be resolved till monday...again i am delayed i thought, well the med dept lady i talked to said that she didnt feel i should be delayed for meds i wasent currently on...Let me tell you she went above and beyond and called her boss( main guy in the med dept) at home cause it was his day off.... He approved everything and i am now(cross my fingers, toes, and every other apendage) off to orientation on monday in Carlisle pa... YAAAAY... on a side note i looked up the hotel (sleep inn) that they are putting up in and found out its a 4 star and the rooms start at 109 a night..indoor pool fitness center resturaunt ... Ill keep yall informed on how things are goin but all in all i can say SNI has helped and went above and beyond to get me approved and sent out...I'm a very happy (soon to be) SNI employee..

I just started here and so far so good. I came here hoping to get more then my experience and move on. I'm hoping to be here awhile but if idling problems and cameras in the truck are whats coming this will be a short very short stay at SNI. A couple of things I won't do anymore and that is freeze! I froze my butt off in the army no more I won't do it. The other thing is have my privacy invaded, in the army we have no privacy so I like having mine back. I'll just move on if either of these things are issues that's for sure.

Well even if they implement the temperature sensors to stop idling you won't freeze. When those bunk heaters work and get going on full blast they will easily put it at 85-90 degrees in the truck. I started in November/December last year and I made the mistake of putting my bunk heater on full blast the first night before going to sleep. About 2 hours later i woke up in a puddle of sweat and had to open both doors and blast the A/C on a 10 degree night to cool it off in there.

My new truck has a digital thermostat in it. I set the bunk heater about 5 degrees below where I want it and it keeps it nice and comfy all night. Works so far with nights starting to get into the low 40s in the midwest.

Do NOT drink ANY alcohol while there. Even though the nights will be your off time, they will send you home of you do.
