I'm at the Charlotte OC.

 

Thanks all for the tons of informative posts over the last few months. My husband just finished his CDL and signed with Schneider. He will be going to Fontana for orientation/training starting on 10.2.12.

 

Done with my orientation.. back at the house till saturday then to wintersville for some paperwork and what not...then my truck and be on the road....

At least he got out and talked with you. Last fall one of the Indy OSRs 'saw' me not using 3 POC and then emailed my DBL a day latter. My DBL sort of shrugged it off but its part of my driver file now.

 

got my truck today a cascadia with 700000 miles hoping to get a load out in the am.

 

While I think this is a bit much, please heed the advice. I'm usually very careful, but I recall one distinct incident at the fuel island there in Indy when I got in a hurry and very easily could have ended up with a torn Achilles or worse. As it was, it just shook me up.

 

Congrats man.... I'm off till Saturday then hopefully get a truck.... but i think i have to do a training at the Walmart distribution center for a couple days since that's where my dedicated account is... are you otr or regional ?
