Well fellow pumpkin drivers. I was offered a position with another company running day cabs and being home every day, only working 4 days a week. I put in my notice with my DBL today, so the 26th will be my last day as a pumpkin.

SNI has treated me good, I have no major complaints. I just can't see myself staying OTR with the way the company is going, and they won't give me a dedicated, so it is time to go.......

Good luck to all my fellow(for now) pumpkins, I will check in from time to time!!

Anyone else seeing a reduction in milage? I went from 2300-2800 a week down to 1200. I'm always on time for my pick up and deliveries, even go save other loads for my DBL when asked and never give my DBL any crap, actually, we get along really well. All, I know, is that if my miles don't come back up next week, I am gonna have to start looking for something else caus at this rate, I'm loosing money.

Just found out I got the quarterly bonus. Well, only 1cpm raise as my idle was .3% above the maximum of 25% for the full bonus. 25%-30% qualifies for only a partial bonus bet hey, still a bonus.

I was at 50.2% idle for the third quarter. Never mind that I spent 4 Weeks in the southeast during June and July when it was 100* nearly every day. Schneider doesn't credit for heat, so apparently i'm just supposed to roast my ### off in Florida to save the company a couple gallons of fuel.

For the first time, since coming to Schneider. My OOR is over 6%. A whooping 10% plus change.

In the months before this last quarter, I've been consistantly below 5%.

    So what's changed ????
