No apology needed. I'm glad SNI didn't get it....I'd really hate to see drivers put up with what I (and many others) have endured with this POS system.

 

Some are some aren't. Guess depends on what's in the yard when you get assigned a truck.

Got an orientation date set for the 6th of november in charolette nc, and words of advice from the wise out there?? Kinda nervous and dont want to screw anything up

 

When I was a pumpkin, I was out of the Charlotte OC. Lot of good people working there. The reasons I left had absolutely zero to do with the folks "on the street", so to speak (differentiating them from the Green Bay folk). Still miss working with a few of them.

Had a wacky day today ! Broke down got fixed went about a 1/4 mile broke down again different problem LOL got the same person on the phone to. Her laughing and teasing cheered me up

 

How can we tell if our truck can pay for a toll by the electronic device or if we have to pull through the booth? This will be my first time going over a toll bridge. I am parked waiting for a live load at C&H in Crockett CA and I need to cross the I 80 bridge into Vallejo area. I didn't know we had 9 speeds but I just got another loaner truck tonight and it is. I actually kind of like it, reminds me of school.

 

I don't think our EZ Pass pays for any tolls in CA. Definitely not any around the bay area. You can pay cash, I think the I80 takes card as well but not sure, or they can bill the company.

 

Picked up there last night. You pay the toll at the booth $25. Just send in the receipt and put the expense barcode on it when you send your paperwork. If you don't have cash in your pocket there is an ATM as you cross the tracks on the corner.

 

Okay, cool, thanks guys. Now if I can just stay awake for this load. 2.5 hours not even at dock yet!
