Any update on this? Just curious if they even acknowledge how this is effecting drivers and the companies overall reputation.

Things havnt been going the greatest the last couple of days. Picked up a load in Sumner WA on Wednesday and made it back down to Portland to take my 10 hour break at home. Returned on Thursday to find that the load had disappeared off my workflow and was replaced with a previous load from over 2 weeks earlier. I also had to put my loaded trailer into the shop to get a pm and retrofitted (sticker wasn't due until 03/13). Wasnt supposed to be done until midnight so I spent Thursday at home. Returned early Friday morning with the old load on wf still. The wf people couldn't figure it out. The old load wasn't removed until noon on Friday. They had problems putting my current load back on until Friday evening right after I arrived for delivery.

My load I'm on now shows a live load appointment for 13:30-20:30, with it being ready at 13:30. I started July clocks and drove 75 miles and arrived at 13:30 only to find that the appointment isn't until 20:30 and they can't do anything earlier then 19:30. So now I'm sitting 14 miles away at the French Camp OC, watching football and I ordered a pizza while waiting for the appointment. At least I'm getting detention pay
    :)

Been sitting at a Paper Mill in Demopolis, AL for over 24 hours now. The load I'm picking up was supposed to be a 1600 live load yesterday. Got here at 1615 only to find out that the product didn't even exist yet and it was originally scheduled for 1600 today. So I spent the night sitting in one of their lots outside the gate. Called Support last night to let the know and they pulled the load from me, only to reassign it at 11PM last night. It can't deliver until Monday in Roanoke, VA which is only a 12-13 hours drive at worst. They also wouldn't let me relay it. So I've been getting detention since yesterday.

Came back in around 1530 today only to find that the product was still a few hours out from them running it. They are going to come get me when they are ready for it to be loaded. The nice thing is that since I haven't gone anywhere since yesterday, and I won't be leaving tonight, is that I will get a 34 in.

I'm not sure who the planners are in the offices, but they can't plan for ####. Way to many loads with impossible delivery appointments, HazMat(No Endorsement for me), or just plain don't exist. They need to figure out why they are having so many planning problems and get it fixed. It's really starting to affect my miles.
