Good to have a sleeping bag and blankets. Don't freeze though. Run that heater all night if you have to. I've never had the battery fail because of the heater. Your truck is your home. Be comfortable. If the battery dies, call SEM and someone will come out to start you.

 

That's correct about idling for freeze protect. Sometimes SNI has loads which say freeze protect on the B/L but which there is an understanding between the shipper and SNI that the driver will not freeze protect.
