Till it was ready. The communication between different departments and the drivers in this company is the worst I've ever seen. The only time you hear from someone is when they want something from you. Otherwise, you're screwed.....sent a msg to my DBL almost 2 hours ago.....still nothing.

Happened to me several times during my time at SNI. Gotta give 'em credit for that...I always got the money I had coming to me.

All the time. It is workflow and the time they say you get loaded unloaded. Minus how long your at the shippers The computer determines what you get.

Freeze protection won't be in effect till temp hits 20 or colder. At that point we are able to idle. Also OC are equipped with plug in heaters you place in trailer.

You're right, it was a b u l l s h i t thing to say and I'm sorry for that. What I should say, though, is this: when I did orientation, there was a cadre of young, boisterous, obnoxious, barely-literate black guys from both E. STL and Gary and they were people I wouldn't trust to make me a sandwich let alone operate a CMV. I think SNI loves those folks and targets them with recruiting because 1) they are vulnerable to the shameless marketing/recruitment tactics SNI employs, 2) they don't have a background of living a reasonable lifestyle and making a reasonable living with which to compare making $400/week living in a tiny box, and 3) they probably haven't had nice things, so putting them in a ####### of a tractor isn't going to bother them. It's my theory and I'm sticking to it.

I'm sure the white people who grow up in East St. Louis and Gary are highly deficient as well. Toxic is toxic no matter what genes you're sporting.

What would be refreshing is to be part of an organization genuinely promoting top to bottom quality. What I see here is a low-pay, high-risk, high-turnover model. It's disheartening.

This is a sad shame. If you can't cut it being a trucker, leave the racist thoughts to yourself. I'm pretty sure you're no better than anyone else no matter how much your White counterparts lie to you. Just get you a few napkins and have a good cry and get off the roads.
