First day at Roehl orientation. Nothing interesting happened to make note of, other than I dislike that the driver handbook says no nose piercings and no tattoos of "shock value". I'm not sure if having my entire left calf is "shock value" and I really don't have any plans on wearing long pants in the summer. I did, however, pull my nose ring because it was the obnoxious hoop kind. I will be putting a stud in though when I get home. I mean, it's almost 2013 and a nose ring is really no big deal. Oh, and my current earrings are over an inch long. Really? I guess I could de-hoop-ify my earrings a bit. But I'm wearing a nose stud, even if it means I have to petition a policy change, lol. I find the hole in my nose to be more offensive than anything!

No they don't have me trained up, it all goes to the common sense factor. I'm sorry you don't possess that quality.KE5WDP Thanks this.

what happens if you go to pick up a load and it is cancelled or you have to wait? I had one this week where I drove 100 miles into the middle of bum fug Aderondac Mtns. (International Paper) and the load wasn't going to be ready for 12 hours. What then if you're on choice? Also, do you pay your own tolls and scales?
