My dedicated account is going through some changes. Our original ASM left and now we got one that was a DBL at the Dallas OC. I really get a negative feeling from this guy. All the other drivers do too.

We are losing 50% of our work next quarter. Not happy about it at all.

Is that for lease drivers, because i never got charge on the east coast for tolls. I ran in the chicago area all the time and never got charge for those tolls.

I scaled at a TA recently without paying out of pocket. I know that TA was removed from fuel solutions as well but have still been able to fuel there. Could be that only selected TAs are still accepting the company card though...

The Lowes stores only receives from 7-4 Monday thru Friday. Basically if you are in their list of deliveries for the day, they will take ya. They do prefer you there early so they can get done. Which works well. If you are not on their list for the day, they'll still usually take you.

Home Depot is drastically different. It's by appointment only and if you get their too early, you'll likely sit for hours. So if I have a drop at 9:00 and my next drop is 20 miles away with a 12:00 appointment, I will be sitting for 2 hours or so. It usually takes 15 to 20 minutes to unload.

    So this bites.
