    Looks like ill be leaving sni as soon as my drug test comes back today ive taken 2 this week one for adm and another which is still local but pays 17 starting finally gonna get off the road and be home everyday

    sounds very good man, way to go! good luck with everything...schneider would have been good for me, but being home everyday and off on the weekends trumps that....

    Anybody knows how schneider finance works I was contacted by them after filling an application for a lease after passing The phone interview?

    I thought you was leasing a truck through SNI? If so what you going to do with truck, is it a walk away lease

    They start you off with a one year lease. You then can choose to keep the truck or get another. If you choose to keep it, you then are in a four more year non- walk- away lease. Either way, once you leave company for L/O, you can't go back company for a year.

    Go to ADM. Looking to go back there myself. Best company I've ever worked for. Only left because of the union ( never been big on unions). After being in a union shop for over a year and getting used to being treated like a human and not just a widget, I have come to the conclusion, after 6 months out of a union, that we have come back to the point where unions are once again a necessary evil.

    I still don't like a lot of what they do and stand for, but I did make a very good living and was treated very well, like a human should be.

    I'm gonna end up paying some type of fee if I turn it in early but it's time for me to get something local now 3 boys growing up playing high school sports I gotta be there for support I didnt have anyone when I was that age to be there so I dont want that to happen to them

    student? no experience? DOnt believe SNI will allow that. If you want to jump straight in to something like that , one company that will push you that direction starts with CR and ends with England. Not recommended.

    im scheduled to start with kenan monday with the dot physical and drug test etc...then safety class the next morning, then training with another driver for a couple weeks...can anyone tell me if kenan uses a work well physical as well...you know the thing where you have to lift the weights, push, pull, etc? please give me some details...thanks alot
