I would think so. I've only been driving a year and a month.

Well all is going good over at Maverick so far. Today was day 3 of orientation and we even got to have a tornado siren go off tonight.:biggrin_25523:

Their bonus is strictly MPG based. Anything over 6.7 and you're getting something.

They also let us fuel and route ourselves how ever we want to. As long as we're within 10% of their paid mileage they are OK with it. They will provide suggested routes if we ask for it but it's not required to follow. We can fuel at any Pilot/FlyingJ in the country and if needed we can just send in a special fuel request if there aren't any Pilot/FlyingJs around us.

They also seem to understand that the drivers are the most important part of the company. All new employees whether they be office, shop, or drivers are required to sit through Driver Orientation.

I've got a thread going over there with how my orientation process is going if anybody is interested:

I seriously doubt it. Thanks for the attempted fortune telling.

Unless you make the new performance bonus there are no more raises.

I am getting an OLD TRUCK!!!! YIPEEEE

Yea, you read right. I was informed today that because I am no longer OTR and now driving Ohio regional, they are giving my truck to a driver that runs in the south because mine has the cooling system on it. So tomorrow when I get back to Obetz for the weekend I have to clean out my truck and "hopefully" my new(only to me) truck will be there by then. Mine is a 66 and the one I am getting is a 65, so it should still be a newer Cascadia, I just hope it isn't a POS.

Man I am gonna miss my truck. I was just about to put 100k on it, gonna come up about 1k short :biggrin_2557:
