How can you tell if you got your bonus? Does your DBL tell you?

You can view your bonus score on crossroads, that will tell you if your going to get one or not. Go to "van truckload" tab then "performance metrics" tab then "scorecard tab" your score on bottom right needs to be above 95 now. Aslo, my DBL tells me. Some may not so ask them!

 

Uhmm where do you see less than one year experience? I been with Schneider 15 months.

Oh that! That was my experience when I signed up on this forum, you need check the date as well! I had less than a year experience back in may 2011
