You are only flagged for over speed IF you are running over 60 AND your foot is on the pedal. I've been in trucks governed at 65-66. My over speed is below 1% in those units.

Well u must be lucky then. In 3 yard I've never gotten bonus. Biggest reason is over speed. My cruise sets at 65 and I use it. And my cruise % is always 60% or more but over speed is 80%. Dbl explained and showed me the rule any thing over 60mph is over speed.
