If you can read and comprehend, they will pass you. Understanding and performing are two different things. Make sure you can do both.

Disappointed in the Green Bay OC, thought it would be the boss hog of OC's for Schneider. Boy, was I mistaken!!! No laundry???!?!?
Guess they needed the money to build that Taj Mahal of an office building over on Packerland Drive. -
Can someone prove to me that while loading we can be on any other line than line four????
When loading, you are still responsible for your truck. IF, you leave your truck, you can drop to line one, but otherwise, you are "on duty"....
If you are not logging this way, you will be fined accordingly! Believe me, I know! -
The rule is if you're physically back in the trailer loading or unloading, you should be on L4. If getting loaded or unloaded, L2 if in the truck and L1 if outside of the truck. Comprende´?

HotH2o Thanks this. -
I read where Swift is making their drivers do all line 4 all the time. Trying to kill the OTR guys I guess.

Did a cursory review of Fed Regs, and we should be on "Line Four" almost all of the time we are not driving...
Really, it's not me losing my 70, it's Schneider squeezing all they can out of us....
Take this discussion to a state trooper and see what they say...
