CPM for every division. For you it would be 43 in flatbed, 49 in glass, and 40 in TCD.

Ridingsxrs tell SNI you want to go through the "Fair and Equitable" review process. Make the issue the three year lag between the intial background check and them firing you or else they'll say you can't because it's a safety issue.

When that doesn't work try going to the labor board - not that that will work either but it's worth a shot. No one should be treated this way.

Out of curiosity which OC do you run out of?

I had a 15-over ticket in my Mustang GT before I got my CDL. This was in 2010. I've had my CDL since October 2011. Once I switched to CDL from a regular license, everything dropped off.

Just graduated from school and am considering my options, which seem plentiful, but may or may not be good opportunities. I'm looking at Schnieder as a newbie. Money isn't as important as how well I'm treated. I'm getting the feeling that many companies treat their employees...well, like cattle. I would prefer a smaller company that maybe doesn't pay as well, but will work with me for time off. I don't need the money, I need a job (sense of accomplishment and I love being on the road) and I still want my vacations. Am I smoking the wrong end of the crack pipe to think I'll get time off...lol!

I've had no problem getting home when I want. In fact my dbl just asked me to schedule TAH. She's afraid I'm going to burn myself out.

first of all I'm not questioning your statement, I'm just wondering if there is more to this. Schneider has had it's issues with sensors and such but I've never heard of them making a driver leave a truck immediately like this before. Sounds like there is more to this or someone in the chain above is trying to cover their .........
