I'm probably going to get flak for this being my first post, but I had to ask. Are you sure you put that reckless on your app? I can't believe they wouldn't have noticed that when you first applied. Not only that when you applied I'm sure you knew what the company policy was regarding how many years have to pass when you have one of those. Not trying to give you a hard time, but if that's the company policy regarding reckless driving, then it is what it is..

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen. In few words why I am in Your chat room, because no better place to ask questions, since this is where All orange/white truck drivers hang around. Only interested driving from coast to coast. I know trucking will not be coast to coast majority of times. Have 2 and half questions. 1.What is the % coast to coast loads involved driving between 11pm -6 am. 2. What is "idle policy", I am for saving fuel, except when my personal comfort being sacrifice. Do Your trucks have APU,s. 2.5 Would You say"ORANGE" company as good as I read "best company to work for"... true. Class A is 25+...safe driver. Worked only for few companies in my 25 years. As my understanding "best" that means mutual respect between driver and dispatch. Will check forum for Your replies. Thank You. Jack.

30 years. No, I wouldn't go Orange. No APU's. Idles only between 20 degrees and 70 degrees. Sometimes. Only team trucks will get those coast to coast trips.

Thank you Klatu. APU,s, not sure I understood " idle between 20 @ 70". From reading co. website tractors have been equiped with....to save fuel. Reason I asked about APU,s because only add-ons was mention... heater, what and how You cope when temp. outside reach over 70.? Thank you . Jack.

They have bunk heaters. Some have the new so called cooling unit. Batteries go dead no air. No idle. No, I wouldn't. They keep screwing with the drivers.
