    I never put myself in the position to call either shift DBL. If I have a question, it's strictly Qualcomm.

    On average I get a response in a our system in about ten minutes. If you have a good DBL, it's less.

    If I message after hours support, they never get to it. I dropped a loaded trailer and was picking up my next load at the same place in the morning, but they had a "pick up MT" task in my load. I bt'd out sent them a message to delete the MT trailer task as I was picking up a loaded, and then went to sleep.

    10 hours later, no response, and still had the task. They are worthless.

    My DBL is good at responding to my messages. It's the support shift who never respond.
