OK thanks tennman you have been alot of help. And between you and Companyman i dont feel as worried about it as i did. Maybe i will be at the pumpkin patch for a good long time..... By choice :biggrin_25520: And tndriver most of the trucks on the website arent even available to lease... I guess the site is just to get you a general idea... And most arent even ready to be leased atm. Some are already claimed... The send you a list once you get approved of the available used trucks. And the list of new ones if you ask for it and r approved by them

You have to watch those; I was near the end of my 14 and pulled in a TA, parked, set brakes, did post, and crawled back up in truck to do report and log off duty... darn thing still had me "On Duty Driving"; brakes set, truck off, and all. 1 minute violation; contacted Regs and they backed it out thankfully. The system would not shut up it kept saying "Driver -name- has violated hours of service" over, and over, and over, and..... They had to remotely take care of it; "Jill" was p!$$ed. lol

I ran my truck for several miles in town on line 4 and it never went to line 3; stop and go never reached 20 mph. After getting where I needed to be, I set the brakes and reviewed it; no line 3.

Yes.i have gone more than a mile at low speeds and it never logged me on. Its a glitch in some of the units i think. Ive also had mine not go tonon duty after stopping. I always put it to off duty orbon duty manually when i stop and let it go to.drive on its own when i leave

I have been known to punch off duty in a traffic jam so as to try not to burn up hours. Nobodys said anything yet lol

they will have you log the last day of orientation. They will tell u what to do. You dont log untill your hired. Thats why theybdontbofficially hire anyone untill the last day. Its good because otherwise youd need a reset by the time orientations over

I think i am going to go out to my property and finish roofing my out building. Im getting depressed and.find myself just wanting to stay in bed all day. Construction helps clear out the cobwebs

Yea anytime you can swing a weighted object at a pointed object is relaxing of course i use nail guns for all the building on our property but it's still relaxing to shoot a nail gun too..........

I can barely make it through a day with a nail gun with my shoulder problems. Swinging a hammer is for younger guys than me
