Takes too long anyways.

I built the floor system with a hammer cause my compressor had died. That sucked, i went out the next day and replaced the compressor

 

I had sold most my building tools. Been many years since i worked on a building crew. Getting ready to start building the cabin i have been spending a ton of money buying new ones.

 

I hate doing fencing. I had ten acres in pasture.at my last place. Its never ending and i hate digging.

I need to find a skid steer or a tractor with a 12" auger that i can rent. I need to dig 15 holes for foundation piers and i hate the thought of doing it by hand.

 

Unfortunatly i.sold my skid steer when i closed my driveway business

 

do you have a bob cat dealer in your area if so you can rent the skid steer and post hole digger for a day or two

or you could pm me and i can bring a big john deere (6420 front end loadder) with a post hold digger and do it for ya

 

Thanks but iowa is a long way from the gulf coast. I can rent one.

Actually i am out here right now setting up batter boards and the ground is.such soft.sand i may just hand dig them
