SCHNEIDER CHOICE PROGRAM - FREEDOM AWAITS " YOU " by JAR-HEAD

Your still restricted by working for that megabottom feeder company. Only thing Schneider offers picking your freight. You'll make more at landstar, mercer, dart. Even Schneider is screwing choice drivers with cheap rates. You have to ask yourself if Schneider choice was so good why isn't it promoted by media groups or even the number 1 for lease drivers? I also know drivers on lease mileage deal at Schneider doing just as good as choice drivers.

 

So everything being even I'd still rather do choice. No dispatch is the big reason. Mileage program your at the mercy of a dispatcher. Who do a lease if your still gonna be under the thumb of dispatch?

Landstar and mercer you have to a full o/o. They don't do leases so you can't compare the two. Not even in the same ballpark.

I don't know anything about dart but I'd assume it's either full o/o or dispatched mileage lease program. Refer to top remark for the answer.

 

So who is it your work for?

 

I looked into Dart, but they want to lease you those pint sized Cascadia for nearly the same money as a regular sized one, then I found the choice program thanks to TTR and discovered no dispatch, plan yourself via load board. No comparison to any other lease program I know of. Plus after a year you can take your truck and lease on with someone else if your not happy with Schneider.

 

Dart i do not agree with. Landstar pays the same rate as Schneider, BUT they have to pay tolls and all other expenses. The reason why Landstar appears to make so much more money is because they do not have a lease purchase program which takes a lot of money per week. Mercer i do not know anything about.
