Crete made a big deal about no headsets and made us sign paperwork we understand the policy.
BUT drivers are on them all the time, nobody here cares.

It's more about lawsuits, not safety.
Just like slow trucks are for fuel economy and not safety.
How am I safe when I'm 15 MPH under the speed limit in Texas?

You can react faster to a problem at 65 than you can at 80. Ever see a steer blowout at 80 on a loaded semi? Not s pretty site. Plus most tires are rated for 75 mph MAX speed.

No sir only when truck is stopped ... Allot of people do it but if you ever have an accident , incident , stub your toe , have a nasty sock , Jock Itch , Hot chick pass you ... Etc and you happened to be on the phone .and have a wreck etc .... It's 💃 to you ... ( waving bye )

Better never call anyone while that truck is moving at SNI once they pull you up to help you ... And see your in motion on the computer ... ( bye bye ) or trouble for sure ... That's one rule they are strict on .

Cause you can't talk on the phone ?

This place isn't for eeveryoneand they have allot of rules but truthfully it's a GREAT PLACE TO WORK outside of the rules ...

    Crete
Wal-Mart Private fleet ( my brother works there )

Are 2 that I know if with same policy ... SNI along with the others are just ahead of the mandates
that may or may not come ..

It's not for everyone but I'm quite happy here as well as others on here also
