" I just posted the Referral stuff to get it out there anyone on here that says they don't want a referral is a liar ... " a quote from JH previous post

I'm not trying to stir the pot BUT I could care less about a referral from anyone on TTR. And I'm not lieing !

I have never asked for a referral from anyone on here who has asked a question or 100 questions. I've actually refused to give my Info just to make sure I wasn't accused of wanting a referral.

TTR has a policy ( or they did ) about not allowing recruiting off the forum and I follow the policy.

I've never had a referral at SNI or any where else for that matter, not that there's anything wrong with referrals it's just not my thing. I'd never turn one down, if it was from a face to face.

My point is as I've said about ME all along is it's never nor will ever be about referrals to me. That's not why I answer questions or make posts !

If someone is going to recruit all I say is be Honest about it.

If I need referral money to make a paycheck, I need to be behind a desk not a steering wheel.

If someone is going to join, might as well let somebody get a referral. I wouldn't care who but man just don't let that free money go to waste... let somebody get it. Even just as a thank you for sharing.
That's the right thing to do in my opinion.

This has went from a informal thread to a "my dicks bigger" debate.

So I couldn't really sleep and the video games have gotten boring to me for the night so I decided to do a little research. The only thing that Landstar takes out that Schneider doesn't is the the Qualcomn and scan fee. The Qualcomn fee is $30 dollars a month including the airtime. The scan fee is usually around $10 a week. $2 if you take the pre-trip advance from your card. So if that's nickeling & diming (if those are words) then I guess. But I make enough money to cover those costs so I'm not concerned.

My fuel discounts usually pay for those anyway.

And you say you dont have any deductions? Why are other SNI IC's posting their deductions from Truck Insurances to Tags?

You said there wasn't a card fee. I've seen three SNI IC's say it they get charged a dollar.

You also said that Schneider pay for All Tolls, I've read on 2 threads that SNI doesn't pay for I-80 across Indiana & Ohio.

Also it seems as if your SNI IC counter parts here isn't your biggest fans? Why is that? I havent seen them guys bury other leasing outfits?

It's no need. They deduct things out in different weeks. The E-Log doesn't get deducted until the 2nd week. The other deductions are listed weekly. He isn't going to see how it works.

I'm not going to show my statements as a test of "I make more money than you". I just want the cheap shots at LS to stop.

It all boils down to what works for you. Me personally I probably wouldn't like LS Dealing with brokers and all that seems kinda a pain. I like the idea of look click go that sni has in place.

Jar-Head cares. I don't. I've said it in other threads, I loved how Choice is set up. I wish LS was that simple.
