And that's why I look at this thread & other O/O leasing threads.

I think that Schneider and Landstar are decent companies but there are a little different...

Schneider has a L/P where Landstar doesn't... Schneider has more terminals where you can roost overnight...

BUT, if I were to compare companies, I would compare Landstar with Mercer or Farm to Fleet, Not Schneider...

When I was an O/O, I was Leased to International Transport, which was more like Mercer, in that we had dispatchers and not Agents.. We could trip-lease thou... Didn't have load boards...

Landstar does not compete with company drivers, but agents seem to be able to give freight to anyone whereas, With Mercer, it must be pass thru the mercer board first.. Not to sure on Landstar.. And I like to read their board too, but seems very few post there..

Again, thanks to all that do post on TTR, kinda keeps these ole brain cells of mine alive to relive the past life...

Bye the way, seems drivers has always had different opinions, and not scared to express them, something about the lifestyle... I didn't care for those trash-talking-CB'ers with those echo boxes... Couple of them may have made it on here thou....

Ok, I'll let the false statements continue to the herd. My bad. And the quote unquote Essay, was started by your boy JH. I just chimed in on a false statement & he called me out on it. He says something again not true and I can't explain?? Ok, I guess. But again My fault, I'll shut up now and just let it continue.

You are absolutely correct. Schneider, while it does have o/o that pull power only loads, is mainly full of lease guys. So comparing a full o/o company to a lease program. Isn't fair.

What I did find kinds funny is that both places pay the same 65% if you do power only loads.

    WoWooooooo. Mule

I didn't day it's why I do it .... I said since people spend there time doing this and if they have no referral they should use a poster here on TTR ..

I didn't say I was doing this for referrals... I have , 2 when I could have much more ... I take it serious meaning I will only take a referral if I think I can help a person to succeed or make a go of it

    Think you miss read me

The "Nickel & Dime" statement. As if we have numerous more deductions as you guys do. I told you of 3. That comes out to about $50 a month at most.

Since you're the OP, if you want me to post a couple of statements, sure. Your call.
