    It's an interesting situation when they say we know what you did..and I said but what can you prove?

    Here's a question ..

    Im im scheld to get my truck in the shop in. DALLAS OC on 7-14 .. There is a load I like picking up on 7-15 around noon ..

    Woukd you book it ? Or wait .. Reason I ask is if I get held up in the SNI shop will the charge me the 400 or would it be excused ? They have to fix my QC and put the trailer tracker thing on my truck .. IT says about 4-5 hrs .

    Don't book it..as tempting as it is.

    The QUALCOMM is an easy fix..mine was done in 30 minutes.
    The trailer tracker..who knows.

    My QC is throwing the red light all the time telling me to convert to paper HOS SENSOR FAILED

    I would stop at West Memphis and see if they can fix it. Have no idea what the trailer tracking thing. West Memphis shop is better then Dallas.

    I would book it. You don't get charged the $400 unless you actually pick up the load and THEN fail to deliver it.

    If your truck isn't done on time to pick up the load, just call your ICA and tell them what happened. They will see if another driver can recover the load OR just let you keep it if no one else is available. I have had BOTH scenarios happen to me, the latter happened just this week when my truck was in Carlisle and wasn't fixed in time.

    There open 24/7 much nicer then Dallas less crowded. And if walk over to DQ let them know you drive for sni you'll get a 10% discount
