    Thanks for the post about where you started from Jar-Head and also for the informative thread as well. I too have lost an 85-110k job and now have the idea to go back to trucking after 25 years.Just getting my self confused on the route.
    I comprehend P&L's, Balance Sheets etc. and have been running a very profitable business until the absentee majority owner wanted to cash in......     First off the CHOICE program was looking ideal then talked to SNI-recruiter and Bulk O/O seemed the way to go (Of course both of these would be after doing "company time" first) Now. I am waffling on which side to start on van or bulk.
    As a company person for the first year I want to learn all I can about either van or bulk (my future) and not waste any time in the learning process. The freedom of the CHOICE is very appealing. I currently live in Corpus Christi so not sure if van could get me home without excessive deadheading but was told bulk would.
    Any insight from you and others about the the two paths would be appreciated.

    Can has freight in and out if Houston and San Antone ..

    I did bulk for years and I just like the ease of van , No hoses to drag , fittings to clean , Tanks to climb on , VIK's , Tank washes , etc .. But then again at the time I liked doing that stuff so I can see the benefit of both

    draging a few 3in hoses around with resin residue in them may or may not change your mind , could be a free membership to GOLDS GYM .. Lol

    As promised in keeping with my MARINE CORPS TRADITION . I post my statements from time to time out of the blue in no order . Here's one from today . This is off the mobile app just gives my numbers but as you can see they are pretty close to what I been saying last week they should be .

    So how many miles did you run that week? The deductions are what, primarily fuel and insurance?

    I believe I ran around 2680 to 2780 without looking at my book I'm not 100% positive
