I doesn't seem like a big deal. Just more $$$ to come up with. But that's the price I gotta pay to live in the Adirondacks I guess. Gotta make sure the state gets their share. Did you use a lawyer or something like Legalzoom?

No your thinking is wrong. You don't get better mpg at 64-66 you get better fuel mileage at that rpm your running at. Try dropping a gear and running that same rpm but at a lower speed and I bet you'll get better mpg.
As speed increases so does air resistance. You can't defy science.
A truck doesn't operate by speed it operates by rpm's. A sweet spot is a rpm range not a speed range. Every 1 mph over 55 loses fuel mileage it's a proven hard fact. So you say your sweet spot is 65. I say false.
Drop to 55 and you should gain at least .5 if not more mpg if you run at the correct rpm.

I used activefilings.com....I used then before when I lived in FL.... Really quick and easy on their part... State of NY is another story.... Especially the requirement of publication.....

I've had my 2015 EVO for a week, almost 3000 miles on her.... I've noticed she likes to run in the 1450-1500 range.... I look forward to continued experiments with speed, weight, land, etc to find the best mpg.... On the first two tanks it was 7.4 averaging 65 mph pulling 12k, 11k, and 34k(for the most miles)....
    To each his own.....

I have a C13, i drive 60 mph with cruise on. For, the last 3 months my average is 7.44. From January this year my average is 7.01. My fuel mileage went up a little when i had the speed sensor replaced. I have no modification done to truck. Me personally i like driving slow.. lol . Im the one dispatching myself, so whats the hurry.

You can't defy the laws of physics ..

an object cutting through a gravitational force causes resistance . The faster that object moves the more resistance and drag it creates thus a slower object creates less resistance and less drag and gravitational pull .

Don't know about your state but I live in Virginia and when I did a LLC in 2012 I just went to the State Corporate Commission website and done it on the computer. It was cheaper than an outside company like legal zoom who wanted about 3 to 4 times the amount.

    matt1502 Thanks this.

You have a single or two turbos on the C13 RB? Has it been reliable? Several of the trucks I have run across on truckpaper have the C15 with 2 turbos. I REFUSE to buy the bridge motor engines, but I've heard some of the later Acert engines with two turbos can be good. 6NZ single turbo seems to be the "holy grail" for CATs though from what I read.

The company that I work for at the moment has 2007 Columbia's with cat motors in them. They seem to do good from what I have been told by the mechanics. Mine has around 786k on it and some of the ones that they sold for new trucks had over 900k on them. They are supposedly trading all of them in for 2015 Cascadia's with Cummins engines.
