All these examples calculate 4 weeks as a month but at that rate there would be 13 months in a year. Are those 4 extra weeks reckoned as time off or what?

My mission isn't to stop folks getting screwed by the thousands of flease deals out there, but to try to make just a few realize that they are indeed getting screwed, and taking home @$1k a week is NOT making a profit! Mind, it takes an open mind to listen to experience too I guess. Too many of these....

And that is how you know someone is in a Flease deal, as soon as the term "per week" gets mentioned.
I have yet to own a truck where I even knew what the payments were a week. All my financial transactions are monthly, not weekly. Mortgage, truck payment, and so on.

Isn't ifta a tax on fuel in every state for the miles you've driven in that state each quarter?

 

I used to attempt to explain to the fools that would run bone dry, to fuel up in OKC instead of Tx, to save @5cents a gallon. Explaining that the fuel tax difference was in fact 7cents a gallon, thus the fuel is more expensive by 2 cents, was impossible
Fuel up in Oregon? Never understood that one myself.
Run through Ne to save a few cents in Wy? Senseless.

Leftlanetruckin, does your new truck have a dpf or did you get a glider?

 

DPF and EGR.
It is a brand new 2009 that never got sold. My wife found it out in Washington State, the same day I was going to deliver there!
The dealer had been stuck with it for a number of years, so was VERY willing to cut an excellent deal. He paid me full retail value, plus a bit, for my old truck if that tells you anything. It was @$26k cheaper than the cheapest WS glider I was quoted on, and the glider shops wont touch a 2006 Columbia with 884k miles on it.
Here is the interior after we got done with it today:
Passenger seat removed due to me only taking a German Shepherd with me as a rule, and it's a perfect spot for his dog bed.

The interior room makes our old Columbia 70" midroof XT feel like a daycab!
