I'm interested. How do I go about getting a job there? Require experience? Who I call? I'm a newbie - no experience. I'll pack up, and head out there as soon as they tell me I am hired, and get to my ### in the truck, and go.

They will have far too many experienced drivers applying to even consider newbies .

Its not uncommon to make 7-9K/month there. Will usually require 2 years experience minimum. But my question was why take 4 to 4 1/2K when 7 to 9K is readily available? So you can drive a cascadia daycab? Sounds like a double loss to me...

There are so many jobs available, I saw on nightly news the local Taco Bell pays $20 an hour and no employee premium pay family health insurance and they are still unable to keep it staffed for 24 service due to the boom. So many high paying jobs in construction for residential and commercial.....cant build the structures fast enough to house all the new residents moving there. They are living in construction trailers and their cars.

I know what you mean., Why take a Job driving a big rig in that environment under those conditions for 60 Gs when you can deliver Pizza for 60 G per year. Most people go out there and as soon as winter hits. Vamoozzzz they be gone!
