Oh there is a ton of loads on there for their average that they brag about $1.20 a mile

I do know from experience..those cancellations are not customer cancellations, they are sni taking it back to put it in co trucks..i have them on audio tape admitting that...that's why i left and took my truck elsewhere...

They're also "customer" cancellations. I've had brokers pull loads off Schnieder that weren't dispatched and give them to me.Steel Dragon Thanks this.

Giving them to company drivers happens more times than you wanna believe...Steel Dragon Thanks this.

Not disagreeing ... from a business perspective, when a company starts mixing % based O/Os with company trucks, sooner or later they will realize they're operating their company trucks at a loss as the O/Os scoop up all the premium freight.
The company is going to either have to limit the number of O/Os or restrict the premium freight to the O/Os.Steel Dragon Thanks this. -
The YouTube guys showing their numbers are always showing an average of about $1.30 per mile.
Their not running hard and staying close to home so ,$1.30 might be acceptable to them.
Sfi truck is going to cost about $1200 a week..do the math, you'll need about 1000 miles to make your truck note each week.
I'll take my 40 cpm as a company guy..I sleep fine at night..
