I can’t seem to decide on which company to start with? Swift is going to offer me a few cents more to haul their dry vans around but I’ve heard that their quality of life is lackluster. What are some of your experiences with Swift and Schneider?

Rookie over the road 4 to six weeks out at a time. What company do you recommend? Schneider or Swift? Feel free to leave your experiences and opinons.

the question is, what is your career path ? are you just gonna haul dry van till retired ? or wanna make good money hauling cars ? such and such
gjb850 Thanks this. -

Schneider is known for its decent training and slow trucks. Swift drivers are known for being horrible and always hitting parked rigs at truck stops. Are you concerned about decent pay at all? I dont think you'll earn very much with either of these companies starting out.gjb850 Thanks this.
