my husband got a call from schnedier today. The lady said shes going to call him on monday for a phone interview, then she told him after that, that he'll be going to green bay for training, then he'll get his own truck. Does this mean he's pretty much hired?

I was told I had to call them for the interview they didn't call me they gave me a time to call and a date
