You know how women lie..they say one thing and mean another lol Seriously though, just call back Monday and if you can't get a solid answer, blow another companies phone up. Plenty of other companies out there..to be worried about not going to Schneider. Good luck.

lesson learned on your part...do not quit or give notice until you have everything lined up.

it can now be several weeks to months before you get another job offer, and in the meantime, if you already went to CDL school, you very well may have to go thru refresher training, on your dime....

That whole refresher crap is well crap. And no driver should put up with it. Never work for a scumbag outfit that pulls a scam like "refresher".

Once you know how to drive, you know how. If you possess such limited mental capacity that the skills of driving escape you society should brand you on the forehead so people know how retarded you are.

i am NOT assuming, but SURMISING the op, has little to no experience, just seems that way to me.(like just out of CDL schooling)

and if this is true, then he will be told to go back for a refresher, this is what happens, when someone NEW to the industry DOES NOT get a job right out of CDL schooling....

now, drivers with experience generally DO NOT go to places like the mega's for a job, as better paying, better benefits packages can be found at other places.

    even his profile, states this:
Back to school Jul 29, 2018

does that mean back to school to learn to drive trucks..???

    well....well....well..

basically, i was right, someone else "bumped up" his thread with thier own question....

seems he already went back to school to "do it all over again"......

he may need to go back yet again, for a refresher, if he's not working soon.....and IF he applies, to another mega carrier...

    enjoy....

Just finished school, submitted application, wanna yank tank

If pumpkin is a step up, the conditions at his current employer must be bad. And I'm not taking about coffin sleepers, night driving, & working on Halloween.
