    Knuckledragger, Unfortunately I no longer have the spreadsheet. I'm a minimalist who doesn't hang on to things once they've fully served their purpose. Once I had all of the facts necessary to make my decision, and had made my decision, I deleted the spreadsheet. The information I compiled may no longer be accurate since companies revise their policies, benefits, pay, etc. from time to time.
