I'm hoping to start teaming in the next 2-3 weeks at Schneider. I would like to find current teams from Schneider and hear about their weekly miles as well as how they run their team operation. I've searched and found some older threads but was hoping to find some current information. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My husband and I run team for Schneider. We have been averaging 5500-6000 miles a week. Of course this time of the year miles drop a little due to softer freight and weather delays but we still have been hanging around 5000 miles a week. We very ofter have loads assigned to us even before we deliver the load we are currently on. They want teams who are willing to run at least 1000 miles in a 24 hour period. They will move you up as you prove you can handle it and if you desire it. If you want to run they will run you.At times we have to ask to be put out until the next morning so we can take a breather. We have no complaints as to how they treat us.

GypsyWillowDusk72, thank you so much for your reply. How much time do you and your husband stay out to make the best miles at one time? Also are the bonuses easy to obtain each quarter? Again thank you.
