Schneider to ACT - yes, another ACT thread :)

Sorry about not posting last few days or so... think I had a flu and still trying to get over it.


Let's see, got a load from Dallas, TX to Bloomington, MN - I was hoping to check out the Mall of America but because of my fever/sickness, I slept in and didn't make it to MN till about 9pm. Next time I guess...


Delivered that load this morning and got a another from Eau Claire, WI to Freeport, IL - delivered that this afternoon and got another preplan.

Ottawa, IL to KC and Topeka - 2 stops for early Wed. morning. Still need to rest so I'm glad this load isn't ready tonight.


Bobtailed to Walmart for the night and met up with one of the ACT old timers from KC (black w900)- didn't catch his name but he's a really nice guy.


Miles for the past week, didn't add up exactly but just north of 2800. Hopefully I get over this virus or whatever it is soon, I think worst days are behind me. Hope everyone is doing good.

Had 3 choices of loads yesterday. Did a load of tires from Topeka to Terrell TX with hopes of getting a Denver load...

Had 3 offers this morning but no Denver, so picked a Dallas to IA load that delivers when I get there, I might push it and get it there tonight, depending how I feel and how many times I stop.

 

Yup, did that yesterday. You can drop 24hrs early, so you can pickup n drop same day...

 

So I pushed myself and the truck yesterday... 740 miles yesterday - Dallas to Shelby, IA. Time to slow down now.

I got a short run today from Shelby to Salina, KS for as soon as I get there. I'm being lazy this morning, sitting at a diner, typing, reading a paper and killing an omelette for the past hour and a half. Need to rebuild my hours over today and tomorrow, so going to go fishing somewhere over the weekend.

 

Waiting for Menards load... Just got another preplan for tomorrow from KS to WI for Monday delivery. Love to know where/when I'm going! Thank you ACT!

 

Picked up in McPherson KS and drove to the yard for the night. Going to grab a steak at Longhorn and on my way to WI tomorrow.
