And with that thorough review,I am sure you can land a job writing articles for your local newspaper,if you give up trucking.

I don't believe I have ever met an unhappy Pumpkin Puller. Of course, it is the COMPANY'S fault, I am sure! :biggrin_25523:

Oh, I've met some, usually it was because of a misunderstanding on the part of the driver, not always, but usually. The thing is, is it all truthful on the part of either side? Trust me, some companies really do lie, but SNI in my experience, isn't one of them. This isn't a one size fits all business either.:biggrin_25525:

Let me expand on my previous comment. Was part of their "Choice" program where I selected the loads I wanted based on what I wanted. Loadboard was never updated, loads that were the best were never available to be assigned except to company drivers. Great paying loads into certain locations but crap paying out. Selected a load and after being assigned that load, drove 200 miles empty to arrive at shipper and wasn't ready. When I contact DBL I was told that load was not supposed on that loadboard and they took it away from me with no compensation. Now I had to find another load that was another 200 miles away again on my dime. They just seem to go out of their way to ensure that the O/O will never gain but always be at their mercy. For those that question my ability to articulate........Think again

Now that's more like it. We've seen many posts like your first one, and they usually get the same comments.
I'm not an O/O, so you may discount my comments as you see fit, but did you try going over your DBL's head? What you claim should not have happened. Sounds to me they owe you something for the miles you drove. Are you still there? As long as you have some proof of what happened, I'd keep going up the ladder until you get what you have coming.

I have proof. I have all of my B/L for all of my deliveries. DBL called me today and still nothing settled. Time to move on. Sure you see alot of pumpkin drivers out there that "seem" happy....they are just not willing to speak up.

I was thinking more on the lines of the load numbers for that screw around with the cancelled load. You really should at least have the fuel paid for. How do you accept a load on that board, there must be some proof that you accepted a load. I've never looked at the load board since I was a company driver with tham.
Shame on them if they're afraid to speak up.
