Look, as a new driver it's just gonna be rough the first 6 months or so (pay wise) anywhere you go. The reason I would recommend SNI is that they have decent equipment, lots of freight to keep you busy, and most importantly, lots and lots of options after you pay your 6 month dues (dedicated, otr, regional, lease, owner / operator, bulk, dry van, tanker.....you name it, they pretty much got it.).
Seriously, take a look at SNI. I am frankly very happy I chose to go with them and have no intentions of going anywhere else. As a matter of fact, I'm currently looking at buying a truck from them and going on the Choice Program. They're not perfect, and they'll tell you that straight up. But, they're head and shoulders above just about everybody else.
Good luck and happy truckin'! -

If you go with TMC, you better be ready to lift a rolled up 100 pound tarp up to your sholders. That is when it is dry, if its wet or icy it will be heavier.

I totally agree with u about the pay the math looks ridiculous on paper I much rather get paid percentage with tmc im in it for the money I have a family to feed sitting at docks just isnt what I see myself doing I had got caught up im the labor with tmc because of tarping in winter situations but it cant be that bad

O yea trust me ive heard about the tarping im pretty capable of lifting 100 pounds over my shoulder im only 23 and perfectly healthy played football all 4 years in high school the physical part is the least of my worry im just nervous bout the tarping part
