dutinbrock ,,,, Thank you for that Info and your time to reply to this scenario, I would like to ask another Question ,, Can a Drive of a tanker truck Keep his own Last Contained on some kind of simple form and if so how should he go about keeping track of the last contained ... as in day one day two day three, , and if this is a possible way to keep track of last Contained , Driving the truck with Placards would now make it Legal ??,,, or is this way out in left field and not doable ,,, thanks ,,

On my ticket (bill of lading if you will) I have a spot for where I loaded, where I am bringing it, company I am hauling for info, and the tdg section where I fill out 1267 3 II and beside it is a box I can check and beside it says residue last contained. When I unload all I do is check that box off, now when I park the unit for the night I leave a copy in the windshield so if there's ever a issue, they know what I'm hauling. If I unhook, I have to leave it in the tdg slot on the trailer.

I am sure you could make up your own tdg compliant paperwork. Just look up your local tdg regulations to make sure your doing it right.
