A you tuber cooper bogeti did a video the other day about a ruling that takes power away from many 3 letter agencies. More or less they can’t use their own judges on laws they made up that didn’t go through congress . EPA makes the law and determines the fines and use their own judges when you fight them . Now you can use outside judges to determine guilt apparently..

I can see a judge deciding that "yard move" and "personnel conveyance " are invalid. Once that happens we will have a hodgepodge regulatory environment until the Supreme Court rules. It's going to encourage judge shopping and clog up the Court system.
And please remember that until very recently the phrase "liberal activist judges" was a major talking point. What happens when the Court says "the regulatory agency isn't being stringent enough"?brian991219 Thanks this.
