    Is it really personal data when the person willingly gives it away to the world?

    For those that don't know what scrapping is....
    It's an automated script that reads a website and extracts whatever data from it that it's programed to do. This is not 'hacking' in and getting private stuff. This is simply reading a website that anyone is free to read, but doing it automatically and usually quickly.
